Construction Manager – CSA
James Lewis has been appointed to assist a multi-dimensional Principal Contractor in their search for a Construction Manager – CSA to join the team. Our client works across a range of project sectors which include data centres, critical environment and infrastructure upgrades in and around London and the SE. They provide services from design, through construction and fit out to the maintenance of the projects, effectively offering an end-to-end solution.
With data centres being a key market for them, this is a strategic appointment to help with the buildability of both a live and future projects. The initial scheme you will be involved with is a new build data centre in Slough with £12m.
What you’ll be doing
As an experienced Construction Manager, you will be required to demonstrate the knowledge, skills and confidence required to successfully deliver this project. Some of your tasks will include:
What you need to have
To be considered for this position you will need a qualification in either building engineering, civil engineering or construction management. We are looking to hear from candidates with previous experience on large scale build projects, with previous datacentre experience a distinct advantage, but not essential. Strong knowledge of CDM regulations is a must.
Please note that applications from candidates with non-UK experience, or experience across highways, road or rail projects will not be deemed suitable on this occasion.
What’s in it for you
This is a permanent position offering £70,000 – £85,000 a day plus package.
