Mechanical Construction Manager

Job role and Company overview:

If you are an ambitious Mechanical Construction Manager who wants to work with a company who is as successful as they are solid, then read on. We are working with an expanding M&E contractor who is looking for someone to develop into a project manager. They operate across multiple sectors, but are known for their work in the design and build commercial fit out sector. They have gone through incredible growth in the last two years and are continuing that trend despite market difficulties.

Project Overview:

As mentioned above, this contractor is known for their delivery of projects in the D&B commercial fit-out sector, but they also deliver work in healthcare, education and retail from £1.5m to £10m. As a Mechanical Construction Manager, your role will be site based and have full responsibility for health, safety and welfare for the site operatives.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, we would need you to have the following:

• NVQ Level 3 or HND in mechanical or building services engineering
• CSCS card (ideally black, but gold will suffice)
• SMSTS
• First Aid
• 2 references from people/companies you’ve worked for
• Experience with similar projects/project sectors

Salary and Package:

If you are successful in the role, and dependent on experience you will receive the following:

• £45-60K
• Full travel expenses
