James Lewis is currently searching for a hotel Chef de Partie for a large and expanding team at one of our clients in the Battersea area.
Our client is a busy 4-star hotel with 217 bedrooms, 8 meeting rooms, restaurant, bar, gym and Spa, situated next to Battersea Power Station and opposite Battersea Park.
As the role of Chef de Partie you will be under the general guidance of the Sous Chef and Head Chef, prepare, produce and present food tems for guests and employees, focusing on a high level of quality, whilst working in a safe and hygienic manner
