Stores / Procurement Officer

Function: To ensure sufficient fuel, parts, tools, equipment, office supplies and services to maximise the availability of the company's fleet.

Key responsibilities;

– Materials & Systems management
– Stores administration
– Managing supplier relationships
– Analysis & reporting
– Project work
– Compliance

Knowledge & Skills (essential);

– CIPS qualified, or working towards
– Vehicle component procurement experience
– Knowledge & understanding of procurement systems
– Experience of using sourcing systems
– Stock control & management
– Materials handling / logistics
– Microsoft suite of applications
– Full driving license
– Health & safety aware
