Facilities & Security Coordinator

Function: To oversee the security, maintenance and services of work facilities to ensure they meet the needs of the organisation and its employees.

Key responsibilities;

– Negotiating and managing contractors with suppliers
– Ensuring basic facilities are well maintained
– Managing budgets
– Ensuring that legal, environmental & health & safety standards are met
– Identifying areas of continuous improvement
– Overseeing build projects, renovations or refurbishments
– Creating reports & presentations

Experience required (essential)

– A relevant facilities management qualification (ideally IFMA)
– Minimum of 1 years experience in a related role
– The ability to understand and implement effective facilities management
